If your studio has a billing setup we haven’t covered, email us. We’ll work it out.

What does the billing cycle look like?
Monthly or annual, your call. Annual is two months off. We bill the studio (the tenant), not individual artists. Cancel any time. Your access runs through the end of the period you paid for.
What does private beta mean for pricing?
We onboard one studio at a time so we can fix things fast. Pricing on this page is what beta studios pay today. If we raise prices at general launch, beta studios get advance notice and the option to cancel without penalty.
What happens when I outgrow a plan?
You upgrade in Settings, Plan and billing. We prorate the difference for the rest of the cycle. No re-onboarding, no data migration. Same studio, more capacity.
Do artists pay for a seat?
No. Artists join free under the studio's plan. The seat count is how many active artists the studio can have at once. Guest spots and contributors don't count against seats.
What is a "post" against my limit?
A single scheduled publish to one platform. A piece going to both Instagram and TikTok counts as two. Failed publishes don't count. Stories and replies don't count yet.
Can I downgrade?
Yes. If your usage is over the lower tier's limits, we'll flag what's affected (artists, accounts) before you confirm. You decide what to keep. The downgrade takes effect at the next renewal so you don't lose paid-for capacity.
Do you offer refunds?
We refund the unused portion of an annual cycle if you cancel within the first 30 days. After that, we honor the period you paid for and don't auto-renew if you cancel.
