Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-04-26

These terms govern your use of socialpyre.com and any future Pyre product. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We've kept these short and in plain English; they're a real contract, not a vibe.

About Pyre

Pyre is a software product in pre-launch, operated by a small US-based company. The website is a "coming soon" page today — there's no Pyre account to sign up for yet. When the product launches, additional product-specific terms will apply alongside these.

Acceptable use

While using socialpyre.com, please don't:

  • Try to break, probe, or overwhelm the site (DDoS, brute force, vulnerability scans against systems you don't own).
  • Scrape the site at a rate that interferes with normal operation.
  • Impersonate Pyre, our employees, or anyone else.
  • Use the site in any way that violates US, state, or local law.

When the product launches, additional acceptable-use rules will apply to customer-uploaded content (no illegal material, no spam, no harassment, no copyright infringement, etc.). Those will be spelled out in the product-specific terms then.

The site is provided "as is"

We do our best, but during pre-launch the site is offered without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise it'll be available, accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. We may change, pause, or shut down parts of the site at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pyre and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site — and our total liability for any direct damages is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Where a law gives you stronger rights, we honor them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you and we both consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes — once the product is live — will be communicated to customers by email before they take effect. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
